Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times are: Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control (weather, holidays, etc.). Even UPS has bad days.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check spam—email filters love drama.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first. If issues persist, contact us and we’ll help where possible.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
